We have started a villa renovation in Javea. The internal works consist of a complete new kitchen, bathroom, new tiled floor throughout and painting of every room.
The external works consist of rendering the villa, refurbing the pool, installing a new concrete slab to side of pool and new tiles laid around pool area. We are repurposing the wooden decking from the pool area to make a base for a new shed.
