We are currently working on a large villa renovation in Javea for a lovely couple, Lynn & Catalino who plan to move here at the end of the year.
We started the works back in February where we completely removed the kitchen, bathroom and the entire floor.
We then moved onto the garden where we removed the decking and coronation from around the pool, we installed a concrete slab with re-bar and tiled the whole area giving the garden a stylish, modern look, perfect for lounging around the pool or entertaining guests.
We planted several trees around the boarder and we will install plants to the area at a later date.
We are rendering the whole of the outside of the villa, we have repaired the cracks and will start painting next week
Also next week we will start laying the new floor inside and we have designed a new high end kitchen with granite worktops and new alliances. which will be install in a couple of weeks. Lastly the bathroom will be installed with a walk-in shower giving the bathroom a modern feel.
